The UJK Custom Router Table Kit comprises RT-100 router fence, 600mm length of mitre fence & T-slot track, 915mm length of dovetailed mitre slot track, a UJK aluminium router table insert and a pack of 10 x M6 pronged T-nuts.

This kit includes the vital hardware needed to construct your own custom-made router table. A router table adds precision and versatility to your routing projects. With a router table, you can make use of a wider range of available cutters, greatly adding to your router’s potential. UJK RT-100 Router Table Fence

Made from anodised aluminium alloy extrusion, the UJK RT-100 router table fence has left and right hand phenolic adjustable fence wings. The RH wing can be micro adjusted with nylon shims. The fence can accommodate cutters up to 90mm max in diameter. It has a dust hood with a 62mm OD hose outlet. The two knurled hand knobs locate into the UJK mitre fence and T-slot track.

UJK Mitre Fence & Tee Slot Track

The kit is comes with a 600mm length; this will need cutting in half, one piece for each side of the fence. This anodised aluminium extrusion from UJK has a T-slot allowing you to position and secure the router fence. All it requires is a routed slot to sit in for a flush fit with the tabletop.

UJK 10mm Aluminium Router Table Insert Plate

This 10mm aluminium insert plate for router tables measures 229 x 305mm and is designed to fit the UJK cast iron, phenolic or MDF router table tops. It is supplied with a removable central insert ring with a 38mm diameter hole with a range of other hole sizes available. This includes one that will accept a standard threaded guide bush for template routing. The insert plate will accommodate most portable routers and should be drilled to individual requirements.

UJK Mitre Slot Track

Positioned parallel to the router fence, this mitre slot track allows you to use a mitre fence for end grain routing and a variety of other jigs. The external measurements overall are 915mm(36") long, 31 x 12.7mm deep and the slot is 19 x 9.7mm deep.

Threaded Pronged T-Nuts M6

Threaded pronged T-nuts are simple but useful items for fixing the table top or constructing jigs. To insert simply drill an 8mm hole and tap the insert home, pack of 10.
